Returns
Returns are only available for unopened packages. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not available once the mural has been installed. However, we are committed to do everything else possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
If for whatever reason, you change your mind within 24 hours of placing the order, simply email us and we will issue a full refund. However, once your mural has entered into production, we will only be able to issue a partial refund. Generally, production begins one full business day after your order has been placed.
